HouseandHome Pathetic Online Shopping

I placed an order online on the 3rd September. As per your ts and cs my items should have been delivered in 3 days. It is now the 12 Septemeber. I have emailed and tried using your call centre (spent 20 minutes on hold being told you are experiencing high call volume). I want my order cancelled and my money refunded today. This is unacceptable!!!!
