House where staff feel too much at Home

House & Home @Constania Kloof. Terrible customer experience. Sales personal either stands and/or sits in groups sharing gossip and pics on their mobiles, leaving departments of the store unattended. Worse part is that the sales manager did not seem phased by this when I brought this to her attention. Just terrible service with don't care attitudes. I have shopped at this store a few times, had a huge issue with one of the sales consultants before, the Manager at the time Johnnie stepped in and turned it all around and saved the day. However on Friday the 13th of August I was reminded of that horrific experience! House & Home must be doing so well to have such poor service.
