Good day During June 2019 if not mistaken I bought a bedroom suite cash for my mum. 2020 bedroom suite started peeling off and drawer going loose. I went to House n Home in Bloemfontein to report it during the month of June and assisted by a lady called Ella. She took my complain and send it through. Months passed without getting feedback from the store. December 2020 went again to the store to find out why no response from the Shop and February 2021, Ella's told me that my complain is not going to be attended because of the warranty. I immediately told Ella and the Manager that I was never told about the warranty and I came before 12 months. The manager promised to attend my matter till this day.

I m really sad my mum only used bedroom suite for few months. We even decided not use it since from 2020 because is not looking good at all. I have send my complain and pics since from 2020 to email address of Jhill many times and no response from Head Office up until this day. I will never buy again at House n Home.
