House & House Sales Personnel Lies

Highveld Mall Witbank. That week the 27th September, I call House & House and ****ked a salesperson with regards to a mattress baseset. I requested that it must be firm, a orthopedic and can take 120kg as it was for my Mother in Immergroen Old Age home. The sales person came back to me with two photos. A single and Three quarter stating that it is to the standard I requested , when I again asked if itisa 120kg he sent me a what's up yes both are. He then stared that taking the 3/4 was a better price. I went to pay for the mattress here in limpopo at Ok furniture. I drove through the Friday as he stated the bed will be delivered then. My mother was so excited. When I went to the shop at 14:30 the mattress was still not collected. I then saw on the pricing stating a M, I asked the sails person now this does that mean it's a firm or medium, he stated medium. I was then not happy but the mattress was still clased as a 120kg. They diveried it off after 16:00 hours that day. I then came back to limpopo as my Mom stated it was comfortable but it bothered ne that the sales person **** about the firmness of the mattress. I then called Restonic company direct to confirm the mattress capacity and it was only 90kg so again they ****. I then called and ****k to the sales manager, she stated that a person will go out yesterday the 6th to inspect the bed for damages, That also still has not taken place. They are now stalling. I want the mattress I was told I was paying for but again R8000 later and a years time again another mattress will have to be bought due to lying ass-sales people. Stay away from House & Home. I want my the mattress that I requested like tomorrow with no extra costs on my side. Firm 3/4 orthopedic mattress base set. My Mom is also now very unhappy 🙁 ☹️ 😔 😟 😥
