House & Home Westville terrible customer service

Purchased a Dryer from House & Home Westville from sales man Danny . Called numerous times to tell them the machine is not drying and please send out someone to look at the machine. His response was it’s COVID we don’t know when someone can come out . Then I asked for a refund since no one is coming out which is still under a year that I purchased this machine. His stinking attitude says that no we can’t credit cause it’s gone to long yet I complained months ago and nothing was done. Please don’t ever buy anything from that store as the service is the most pathetic . They will sell you a broken machine and then refuse to help. Please Shoprite group explain to me why you do this to customers . It’s not acceptable in the manner your staff treat clients and how you refuse to fix or replace your broken machine which is still in warranty .
