House & Home Welkom still won’t help me

House & home GoldFields Mall does not deserve to be in the mall. We need shops that will serve its people. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK To follow up my complain I went again into the shop to ask how far are they with my query, the rude lady that deals with customer care, Pulane asked me why didn’t I address the questions I had with the KIC consultant, even if I had the time to do so,It is not my job to consult with their service providers over their faulty appliances, otherwise I wouldn’t have walked into house & home in the first place I could have gone straight to KIC to buy a fridge now that there are problems they are giving me a run around for my money, since I am not interested in doing business with them any further. On my way out there were even more people that were there to complain, wonder if they were lucky enough to get help.
