House & Home Unfair blacklisting

<p>I took a credit with House and Home Fourways for Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo I'm 2015 and missed 5 payments after I lost my job. The company blacklisted me without notifying me first. I settled the account in August and requested the sales person to update my details with credit bureaus but the sakes person said the can't, I have to get a lawyer to help me out. I have honored my agreement in the end and just want my name to be cleared and payment info to be updated and to get the paid up letter</p>
