House& Home Tokai a real disappointment

They uplifted my lounge suite last week Wednesday for an assessment. No one has called me to how long it is going to take. It's almost a week. I haven't heard from Marcelino that so nicely said he will sort it out. I am so disappointed in Tokai store.
