House & Home Roodepoort Refurbished Bed

Good day

I purchased a 152cm bed in 2019(HOUSE & HOME ROODEPOORT). Late 2021 the mattress had a spring popping out I called your customer care to report it and I was told to pay R1000 to have it exchanged in February 2022. Great that was done and resolved.

Now we are in August to my surprise there is a spring popping up not on the mattress but on the base. Very disappointed with your goods in less than six months I have a similar complaint. ARE YOU SELLING REFURBISHED GOODS??? DISGUSTED !!!

I DOUBT THAT YOUR WARRANTY / GUARANTEE IS IN PLACE.
