House & home restonic bed complaint.

I have been trying ro exchange mattress since December, they gave me email address and a whatsap number to send pictures. No one responds to any of the pics I sent, this is so unprofessional as I had to use my old mattress. The bed I bought at house & home baywest is so hard, mattress is not comfortable at all but no one seems to care. I keep calling and they promise to get back to me and take my details, after that nothing happens. I'm so desperate to exchange as it seems like I wasted my money.
