House & Home Potchefstroom ****ty service

They don`t even deserve 1 star as it has been a year and 2 months exactly since I bought the bedroomset and I am still waiting for them to exhange it.Funny enough I use to do this and turn around time was definitely not a year.That does not seem to bother the manager or any other staff and it is reflecting bad not only on House & Home Potchefstroom ,but also on the Shoprite brand.I will definitely not refer anyone to them not for the least expensive nor expensive items.This has cost me 40k down the drain ,now I`m just stuck with their **** service and iems they damaged.
