We bought a bed at H&H in 2016, paid R4700 for it on special ( original prize of R5700). The sales person did not warn/advise us un the weight restriction of the bed, there was no information on the weight limit on the adverti*****t of the bed, so in actual fact, we were mislead for the sake of a sale. They could see that we will maybe be too heavy for the bed, but still did not warn us before the purchase. Now, 3years later, 4th mattrass now broken, I am just send to talk to the rep for the mattrass company. No accountability on the neglect of informing customers before they make a purchase. I feel that H&H and the company of the mattrass in question must now decide who will refund me on the mattrass, and stop trying to play the blame game on each other. I will not take another day of being send in circles.
