House & home pavilion shopping center, durban. Bad customer service

I bought a bed at house & home pavilion shopping center for R10 000 in March 2024, I started using it end of April, by end of May it had sounds, I reported to the sales man and he sent an email to @RestonicSA, after 2 months of back to back I have finally received an approval for my bed to be changed, but @ House & Home Pavilion Shopping center, in durban told me I need to bring the bed back to the store on my cost before they can release a new bed, my question to the store manager was, who's fault that they gave me a bed with no quality and I was told it the store rule, as we speak I don't have a bed because I can not afford taking the bed to the store before they can give me new bed.

I am disappointed at how customers are treated in that shop.
