House & Home Pathetic service... please do not buy there

I bought a new Hisense tumble dryer it is making marks in all clothing. I reported it at House & Home its been 2 weeks now and it is all excuses no one is getting back to me to deliver after service. The Branch is Bay West in Port elizabeth. ***
