House & Home pathetic service

First of all, I went to House & Home N1 City on 6 Feb in order to buy a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher for R12 047. 00, the sales lady Nomonde told me theres more than enough stock and that my payment will secure my stock. I have made an arrangement with her that i need delivery ons 15 Feb (when i get my apartment keys) i phoned this whole week to arrange a time of delivery and I got told they dont have stock. I phone and phone and phoned this whole week. No one answers the phone on the first try. I get transferred from one person to the other and no feedback was provided. If there's a problem with stock why not notify paying customers. That's the whole reason why i paid a week in advance in order to secure the stock. I dont understand how House & Home operates??? This is absolutely pathetic service from them. I phoned the manager today and he gave me aome info in order to make a plan however it does not sound promising. I will not recommend House & Home at all. I am still waiting on feedbackbif I will receive my appliances onb15 Feb???!!!!!!!!
