House & Home Online taking months to deliver goods after purchase!!!

Good day. I've purchase appliances online form House & Home on 23 November 2018 & by 07 January 2019 still didn't received the appliances . Every week that i phone call center the consultant states that the appliances still dint leave the warehouse & they need to follow-up & will come back to me but the NEVER phone back with any feedback. I will discourage everyone form buying from House & Home online as you will wait MONTHS for delivery. Will NEVER buy online again from House & Home...
