House & Home Online Purchase

I purchased a fridge from the company's website and thought that this would be a seamless purchase. I had also requested a delivery quotation, and all I got from the company was an automated confirmation of order. It's been 4 days now, and still no communication regarding delivery. I've been calling the helpline ***, and I have been on hold for hours, and no one picks up the phone. What I thought would be a seamless purchase has become a nightmare as I am without a working fridge. I regret having made this purchase and wouldn't advise it for anyone else. Communication is key!!!
