House & Home : Online ordering sucks!!

Ordered a gaming desk online on 28 November 2024. The desk would be collected by myself at the Potchefstroom branch. Next day received mail that the branch does not have stock but they are sending it there asap. It is now the 11th of December 2024, and to date no communication from them. Send various emails to all contact info I could get, logged a complaint on their web site but they are totally useless!! Never again, stay away from ordering online. Even phoning their helpline, I was put on hold for an jour, I eventually gave up. Never again!!! Be aware!!!!
