House & Home Online Order

I placed an order Online - waited almost 2 weeks (delivery 5-10 working days) no one could tell me when my order will be completed - they admitted selling items not having stock and having to wait for the supplier... Called customer care, went to the nearest store, called head office - I just get put through to a new person that has no clue and puts me through to someone else.... Really bad
