House & Home no service

Whe bought a Green Coil base and mattress 2017/12/03. The matress is giving no support, feel like it is 20 years old. Since September 2018 I have been complaining at House & Home Highveld Mall, where whe bought it. Only response I get the whole time is the representative of Green Coil will contact us, which never happens.
