House Home no aftermarket service.

House and Home don't provide and after sales service. If I contact them they don't replay or answer there phones or call me back. I purchased a Sofa from House and home in Somerset Mall in Somerset west. I had to move between 2 houses and I lost 1 piece of back rest for the sofa. So I want House and home to help me get this missing part or give there supplier / factory details so that I can order this missing part from them or the factory . House and home have no attention to help me with this request. Please don't Purchase from them. They have very bad service.
