House & Home Newcastle unprofessional and *********

Bought a top loader and a week later it started troubling, I went to House n Home in Newcastle, spoke to Zindile, a tech was sent out to my home and tech said machine is fine and that was that. How am I expected to keep a machine which was supposedly brand new and stopped functioning after 1 week and no one is prepared to help me or listen to me. I believe I should have been given a new machine or my money back. Please help me!!!!
