House & Home Menlyn worst customer service!!!

House and Home has this amazing heyday specials but it takes a whole week for them to get the stock. How on earth do you make specials knowing that you do not have stock. I ordered and payed for my restonic king size bed last week Wednesday and Thursday. Was promised that by Wednesday the 13 February we can collect the bed. Was told today that it will only be in the warehouse on Saturday. Pathetic service and their I-dont-care attitude stinks. Bad service House and Home Menlyn Mall.
