House & Home Krugersdorp *****ed my credit score without owing them

Hellopeter I'm not sure this is the correct way to raise this matter but I need help with House and Home Krugersdorp. I bought a sound bar from them on credit and I struggled to use it as it had a factory fault. I returned it to them and they informed me that they are aware that those sound bars have faults. They continued to debit me for months even after cancelling the contract. I went there several times and eventually they refunded me. To my surprise when I check my credit score House and Home appears as if I owe them
