House & Home Kolonnade should be closed for good!!

If there was a way to give a rating of zero (0), that's what I give to House & Home Kollonade!! Sies. David and Thandi are the worst, they tell you to come to the store and collect your goods, when you get to the store, there's no stock, only the one on display, which they can't give you, tell you they'll deliver on Wednesday and never call you back. When you call on Thursday, she'll tell you, "aah the truck was here with your goods but it was returned as there were too many things in it, we'll have it by Friday?" Huh?? Call again on Friday morning, you're told, "There's a truck on the way to our store, but your goods are not in that truck cause it was full, so you won't be getting these goods today either." You know what, I DON'T EVEN WANT IT ANYMORE!! And after reading these reviews here, I see that they are a bunch of useless people.. And have decided to never set foot in one of their stores again (after getting my refund)! NXA!!
