House & Home is not honest with customers

I had an account with house & home which never use to go down but instead my installments kep on getting higher and higher. Every time I would request for my statement they would never send it. Yesterday when I was at the menlyn branch I asked the lady at the till to show me my statement as I was receiving nothing and when she showed me I was shocked to see that they have been charging me a R665 for a failed debit order that I never ever set up. When doing my calculations I saw that house and home has ****** me of over R9000.00 with this R665
