House & Home furniture products are priced high, but quality is extremely poor

This is the 2nd lounge suite that I have received through House & Home and I have been emailing them to complain that there are nails sticking out of the 1 recliner causing it to rip the fabric and I even cut my hand when I first found the nails. They have not bothered to respond. The workmanship on their products is shocking, but their lack of customer service is even worse!!!
