House & Home Fourways Mall Not refunding me my money back

House & Home Fourways refusing to refund me R3449.00. I purchased a TV stand and when it was delivered (at 20:45) it was damaged. I refused to accept the TV stand and it collected the following day and asked for a refund. To this day I still don’t have my money back. I have been following up with the store and still not refunded
