house & home fourways mall Ellen Mokgaose, what a rude and *********** store manager.

2021/11/27 this morning I went to house n home forways mall to fecth my purchase which I did online on the 25th and their email said my purchase will be ready for collection after 24hours of which 24hours was on the 2021/11/26. I get there and they so poorly skilled and rude store manager Ellen Mokgoase tells me that my purchase is not showing on her system she will have to call online guys n she did then after 30Mins of waiting she comes back to tell me she can't get hold of them therefore there is nothing else she can do (I mean a whole manager to tell a client such) then further tells me to leave as she can't assist me. she then calls me later telling me to come back and collect as she got hold of online and they confirmed my order (as if I was mad earlier on) and to my surprise on my way back she calls again telling no don't come back the order will only be ready at 3pm. so much time wasting and money(petrol) I then ask her are you going to pay back my wasted money for today(petrol) with this back and forth and she just dropped the call on me. mind you she's a store manager with so much incompetence I am so disappointed and angry right now. I would understand such treatment from a general store worker but a whole manager!!!!!!!
