House & Home - Delivery delay

I purchased a bed online on the 26th November. It indicated "in stock" and then received a confirmation email a few days later that the order was being processed. It's now the 15th December and I'm still waiting for delivery. It's a nightmare trying to get through to Delivery Queries as well. If you are lucky enough to get through or get a reply on mail I get the generic reply "waiting for stock from supplier". Had I known it would be such a hassle I would have spent my hard earned cash elsewhere.
