House & Home Centurion-Sales Manager Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL

Impressed with the customer service of Caroline at the Centurion who very kindly assisted with my purchase of a queen bed and lounge set. But the sales manager Mr Ahmed needs to go back to be schooled on customer service because my delivery was scheduled for Saturday evening by latest 5pm because I have guests over at 5.30pm. Mr Ahmed called up explains that there is another client complaint which they need to deliver in my scheduled time. My delivery will happen around 7pm. He never gave me a chance to speak & continued speaking-Extremely rude individual. If your calls are recorded please listen to the call. It's really sad that House & Home brand image has to get tarnished because of specific unprofessional individuals.
