House & home bed

I have bought a bed at house and home in 2023, this year around May 2024, I layed the complain at the store because the bed started tearing the stitches on the base, inclunding mattress. they were running around from May till today they delivered the bed that is not in good condition. The base is torn including mattress. Im not happy because they said their bed is having 20 years guarantee. I am requesting to be helped seens they taking advantage of me.
