House & Home bad quality furniture!

I went to House & Home bought a sitting room set cash six months later the couches were deteriorating after numerous phone calls ans email to couches were delivered to the store where I was advised they will be fixed this did not happen the manager apologies the couches were brought back pending the truck coming that will take them to Joburg to be fixed. Fast forward two weeks later no word from the store no couches I drive to the store am told they're still in Joburg and there is there is nothing the store can do! I am currently without couches that I have paid and the store does not care I will make my mission to make sure non of my friends family or associates buy anything from them!
