House & Home and Restonic are the pits. Don't buy a bed from them.

I had a terrible experience when I bought a Restonic bed from house and home. The mattress springs are loud and when I report the issue they send me from pillar to post. They asked me to take a video of the sound and I did so now they are coming up with all sorts of excuses and don't want to replace the bed. A lady by the name of Zuleka at Restonic is rude to clients and has no consideration for the client that are being inconvenienced. She is protecting the company's interests and doesn't care about customer service.
