House & Home Amanzimtoti is the worse furniture shop you can buy from

On the 16 of December 2023 I bought a 50 Inch JVC TV from House & Home Amanzimtoti. On the 20th of February 2024 I brought back the tv to the store because it was not working, which means the tv was only working for two months, the store took back the tv for repairs and according to the Consumer Protection Act the tv was supposed to be fixed within a 21 days period which lapsed on the 21st of March 2024, after 21 days there was no feedback from the store, they only contacted me after 39 days. The sad part is there was no feedback in between 20th of February and 07 April 2024. The sales person phoned and alluded to the fact that my tv could not be fixed the best was to get a new tv from the store, on arrival at the store I was told that the tv I bought was out of stock and I must choose another brand which I had no problem with. The problem started when they said I must pay extra because all other 50 inch tv cost more than the one I bought. I refused to pay more, I believe it is not my fault that the tv was faulty within two months of purchase further more I'm not responsible for the shortage of stock and I should not pay more because the shop does not have enough stock. I asked for the supervisor which in my opinion was the worse decision ever upon the arrival of the supervisor she said they don't care that we have waited for almost two months but the store wont loose we are the ones who should pay more I asked her if she was aware of the Consumer Protection Act, she said she doesn't care but the company is not prepared to meet me half way. I left the store without the tv or refund as I'm writing this review I'm not sure when will I ever watch tv again since House & Home Amanzimtoti is not prepared to solve my issue. Whatever you do never buy from House & Home Furniture (Amanzimtoti) they really don't care about their customers.
