House & home Alberton s/c worsted customer service

House & home Alberton city is pathetic to say the least... please do not buy something and have to return it for some reason. They are not helpful at all. I returned a toaster I bought about 30min after purchase and paid with a gift card that I bought/ put money on it. I had to then wait around in the store for more than a hour waiting for one of their employees to drive to checkers about 4km away to go and get the money put back on my gift card.

This is terrible service !!! I was late fetching my girls from school etc etc... I am furious at their non existent client service
