House & Home - After Sales...non existing to lying

<p>Please beware of Tygervalley House & Home. There is a lot of business in South Africa that pride themselves on their after service, and thats why people love to return to the shop. But unfortunately House and Home Tygervalley is among the few that don't care about their clientele. Bought a double bed from them a month ago, when they delivered it to our home the bed legs was standing out from the side. We returned to the shop in Tygervalley and the manager told us they can not just replace the cheap plastic bed legs / or the base, an agent has to come to our home and inspect it and then they can replace it. He took our details and said in a few days they will contact us...its been two weeks all ready and no phone call. When you buy furniture please avoid House and Home they after your money not in the bussiness of giving good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anton</p>
