House & Home a ****

I hope @Rainbow Finance addresses this with house and home. Their legal department guy calling himself Mr Smith is so rude and threatened me. I know my account is in arrears and it's due to certain circumstances which i have been upfront about it to them from the beginning. Then this guy calls me and tells me i have been handed over and mind you House and home made no effort to call and let me know they were handing me over. So this Mr Smith demands that i pay R2600 of R3700 im in arrears with, i tell him i cannot afford that amount as i have not been getting paid since i earn on commission only. Then he goes to threaten me and say oh yes you will and if you don't i will come and remove your furniture. I tell him i can try and pay R500 as i can't even afford a loaf of bread at the moment. He then tells me i signed a contract and all and i never disputed any of that but my circumstances have changed and i fail to understand why they don't understand that and accept the payment i say i would make. Seems to me they are doing this on purpose jut so they n repossess my furniture without given me a chance. This guy is stripping me of all my consumer rights and he doesn't even listen to what you are explaining to him as it seems to him life is all glory and he will never face the challenges we face.
