I made a purchase of couches. I was told that they would be delivered within two days, it was on a Thursday. Thursday and Friday passed. I kept quiet on Saturday. On Sunday I called them to ask what the hold up was, they never came with a clear story. On a Monday I went there. The then acting manager promised that they would deliver on the day.

Upon delivery, the people who delivered told me that the couches would not fit because they have tried it before and it never worked. The couches had their feet on already and the feet were scratched too. So we requested that they take the feet off and give it a try. One of the feet was broken. They kept quiet. They started with the biggest one, it did not fit. They took everything back to the warehouse.

The following day I called them again and asked them to bring the couches back. They did bring them. I asked if they wouldn't even try to take the smaller couch inside. They insisted that it would not fit. My nephew and I took the two seater couch into the house and it fitted.

I was very disappointed in their service, from the sales to the delivery. No one has even called to check if I am enjoying them. I held House and Home up there but now I don't know anymore.

It wasn't the first time they made a mistake. I let the first one slide because they had said it was the supplier's fault.
