After I have been paying a lay bye for 6 months For a bed I called their store in Menlyn so that I would collect my bed and only to be told that the bed was no longer available and I should choose another bed-If anyone can answer me what’s the purpose of a laybye?their head office told me they can only reserve something if it’s 100% paid for so why would I laybye an item when I can pay for it in full and why would you reserve something for me for 6months that I would have paid in full-Total bull****
