House and home Witbank

I had purchased a bed which got delivered to me on the 9th of November 2021, I had lost my mom on 11th November 2021, I had no time to make it to the store as I was arranging everything, the bed was sagging on one side and was uncomfortable. I had went into the store to report this with the death certificate and pictures emailed to them. Till now I have not heard anything from the store. I called yesterday to find out the sales person who took our details, had only sent our profile to Restonic without sending the death certificate or pictures, no communication from him either from then till now on both sides. I am very upset about this as the matter is still not sorted out with restonic.
