House and Home Westgate Incompetence

I am very livid . I went to purchase a Bed at House and Home Westgate Mall at 10am in the morning. Paid everything cash including delivery fee upfront.They promised to deliver instantly after i left the store. They still havent delivered my bed and i called them 3times requesting to speak to Mthimkulu (salesperson) and then the phone droped while Shaun transfered me. Nobody is willing to assist me. What a shame to a trusted store i grew up loving. Never again will i go there!!!!

Now im still home waiting for them its late and my plans must stay on hold because of house and home.

This is not fair at all.
