House and Home **** Useless Service

My name is Thandekile Madela. I purchased a bed, stove and subhoover from house and home Westgate Mall. It was a cash purchase done on the 26/02/2022 till today nothing has been delivered even after numerous follow up. Instead they promised me lies after lies. On the 01 March 2022, at 15:00 the called advising that at 16:30 my furniture will be at my home......it is now 18:56 and nothing has been delivered. I'm so ****ed because I could have bought at any other store but Instead I chose them and they are giving me this **** of a service.
