Received BAD service from House and Home Somersetwest. After receiving face to face confirmation that a written quote will be beaten, I first was offered a R10 discount which then followed by a stangering R50 (on a R12999 purchase) from n "not to pleasent" store manager (Petro).

Ill gladly purchade this item from a store that charge R3000 more and give a shopping experience with some customer service.

A dissapointed "not" customer
