House and home sold me a faulty couches refusing to refund me or changing it for another couches

I bought couches with house and home last year sometime in June the couches were R34000 but it was on half price for R17000 so I was very happy with the deal and I bought some other items I paid nearly R40000 cash the sales consultant told me that they hv a 2yr guarantee and then 1yr extended guarantee which I was happy with that but recently my couches hv started to sink in and it was making a noise so I went back to the shop to complain about it the manager there told me that my couches are out of guarantee I was really surprised Cos I know that they are still under guarantee and I ask her where is the sales person resigned long time ago I said we'll what are u going to do with my problem she said to me I'm only going to fix the one that is faulty and if the other ones gives u problem im not going to help u c to yourself how are u going to fix it very arrogant and negative attitude so I told her well plz come and fetch the couches and look at it they hv called their expert and inspected the couches guess what it was really a factory fault the seats were not properly filled and I don't know and what else I was happy coz it proves that I was not lying so I told her that I don't want the couches anymore rather give me something equevalent to that or give back my money coz I don't want to risk and take back the couches then next yr again I got the same problem again then that means I'm the looser because I won't hv couches anymore what she told me really strucked me she said to me get this one my couches are 18days out of guarantee not eighty days or 180 days no 18 days out of guarantee so she is unable to help me really can u imagine if I hv paid R34000 what was going to happen in 1yr the couches are swinging and sinking and she's unable to help I feel like they knew that the couches hv problems thats why they hv sold it half price I really need help or get back my money I still hv couches that I bought from Morkels 13yrs ago and they still look good I gave it away cause I wanted something new and different only to find that I was ****** off my hard earned money how on earth can u buy couches and in 1yr are already giving trouble so plz house and home I'm very disappointed in your T&C of your company and your consultant must tell us the truth not only making profit out of our deal but plz sell quality things that will last us a long time in this difficult times in our country I hope that my email will reach your warm heart's and give me what is rightfully mine it's either new couches or my money back so that I can go back to other institutions where my money will worth
