House and Home .....service delivery fail

<p>Ow boy where to start......</p> <p> </p> <p>So we went to House and Home at our Local Branch at Cape Gate on Friday 2017/03/24 to bay a queen size bed from them. All good and well... </p> <p> </p> <p>So delivery had to take place on 2017/03/27 and we arranged that someone will be at our residence to open and receive the bed on behalf of us as they told us that delivery only took place untill 16:00 during the day.</p> <p> We phoned them the morning of the 27th to confirm if all were in order and they said... yes.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 14:00 we phoned again and confirm if all were still in order for delivery they said.... Yes</p> <p>So at 15:30 they phoned my husband saying the bed will be delivered in the next hour to hour and a half. At approximately 17:30 no bed was delivered yet so we phoned again and asked if it is still being delivered and they said yes.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 18:00 phoned again as its getting late and we sold your bed when they said they were on their way.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 19:00. They phoned us saying the bed got damaged. And we said okey but what is the way forward and they said the branch manager will phone us back.</p> <p> </p> <p>19:30 we went to House and Home Cape Gate to sort out the bed , were it was discussed that they will deliver the bed and base to us at 20:00 and will just replace the base the next day as it got damaged . </p> <p> </p> <p>We arranged that they will deliver the base on 2017/03/28 at 18:00.</p> <p>We phoned during they day and confirmed all were in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>18:00 come and go......... We phoned them and spoke to 3 different people till 18:45 and they kept telling us that someone will phone us back. Okey so later dispatch phoned and said bed is on its way....</p> <p> </p> <p>Its 19:30 nooooo bed .........</p> <p> </p> <p>Nice House and Home gr8 services!</p>
