House and Home service

I am extremely disappointed in the service from House and Home in Pavilion shopping centre Durban. The gentleman Zimani was good at helping us and told me my couches will be delivered by Friday the 21st 12h00, I called to complain and was told my couches will be delivered in the evening. It is now Saturday the 22nd 11h30 and nobody is answering my calls. This is truly pathetic service.
