House and Home Sales Person Misinformation to Clients

Sales person misrepresentation as she **** that I cant buy a couch in Cape Gate House and Home and Collect in Parklands House and Home as she indicated that the delivery fee is the same and charged me R200 more than what I'm suppose to pay. Tried to call the shop but they keep on dropping my call
