House and Home Rustenburg

Ohhh woow.... house and home stoop very low this time, they are threatening me after I took them to the ombudsman. If I don't collect the chair urgently they are going to destroy it... they call me with attitude, the regional manager is worse with attitude. The store manager said i must bring the chair for refund but the regional manager refuse, they throwing me with policies. I want to know, the time the store manager instructed me to bring the chair... was she not aware of their company policy?
