House and home richards bay poor service

I bought a fridge on the 14th of February and i was told the fridge was out of stock and they had to receive the fridge on the 13th but they didn't receive . So i was told that by the 14th in the afternoon I'll receive a call or on Saturday and Monday to come fetch the fridge . On the 17th of February which is today i went to the store and they told me I'll receive my fridge on the 21st of February. They told me that i can add money and take another fridge that is available or i can wait or take the money. I said I'll rather take the money because I had no money to add since I'm a student. and we went to get the money and the cashier told me there's no money in the store
